He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Evans Sr. and Juanita Evans (Reed). He is survived by: his children, Kyle Evans (Deana) of Beattyville, KY and Kayla Evans (Cheryl Couch) of Beattyville, KY; his brothers, Edward Evans Jr. of Beattyville, KY and Virgil Evans of Beattyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Preston, Peyton and Parker Evans. He is also survived by other loving family members & friends.
