She is survived by: her husband Elby Spence of Booneville, KY; her son Cody Spence (Katie) of Booneville, KY; her sister Tammy Terry of Booneville, KY; her nephew Kaihdun Terry of Booneville, KY; and her grandchild Aaryn Leanne Spence. She is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
