He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Owens Sr. and Eva Owens (Brown); and his son Russell Owens. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Owens; his daughter Darla Dietz of Florida; and his stepchildren, Vickie Burns of Knoxville, TN, Mick Turner (Sandy) of Las Vegas, NV, Tim Turner (Judy) of Knoxville, TN and Jim Turner of Clarksville, IN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
