He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Smith and Zella Smith (Baker); and his brother James Burns. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Smith; his children, Tracy Smith, Scotty Smith, Billy Smith (Rosa) and Austin Smith; his sisters, Connie Sams and Phyllis Smith (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, Bentlee, Trenton, Arianna, Bretleigh, Teghan and Riley. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members & friends.
