He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Noble and Victoria Fugate Noble; and his siblings, Lloyd "Buck" Noble, Jalie Reese, Odessa Fugate, Jessie Garrett, Geneva Atwood, Jackie Noble and Jimmy Noble.
He is survived by: his wife Della Noble; his stepsons, Ryan Scarberry (Michelle) and Jonathan Thomas (Amanda); his siblings, Mike Noble (Brenda), Sam Noble, Pauline Noble and Judy Noble; and his grandchildren, Zachary Willis, Elizabeth Thomas and Zoey Thomas.
