He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham McIntosh and Susan McIntosh (Moore); his daughter Karen Louise McIntosh; and his siblings, Thurman, Dan, Virgil, Abe McIntosh Jr. and Marie Wertz.
He is survived by: his wife Stella McIntosh (Roberts); his daughter Kathy Mayes (Randell) of Booneville, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon, Cameron and Hunter Mayes; his sister Martha Moore; and his nephew Gary McIntosh.
