He is survived by: his wife April Mayes (Roberts) of Booneville, KY; his daughter Brandi Mayes (Dustin) of Booneville, KY; his siblings, Junior Mayes (Sandra), Rick Mayes, Chuck Mayes (Pam) and Wanda Brock (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Blakely Marshall and Wylee Marshall; and his close friend Cooper. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
