He is survived by: his father Ralph Miller; his wife Debbie Collins Miller; his son Christopher Todd Miller (Kimberly); his sisters, Sherri Miller (David) and Missy Miller (Randy); his grandchildren, Johnathon, Kaylee, Ella, Coltyn, Kortni, Julie and Charlie; and his nephew Jarrod Miller (Kayla).
