He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Williams and Viola Whitaker Williams; and his siblings, Beulah King and Harold Dean Williams. He is survived by: his niece Darlene Kilburn (Rodney); his nephew Ricky Fletcher; and his brother-in-law Johnny Ray King.
