She is survived by: her husband Phillip Gallagher of Bonnieville, KY; her son Paul Baker (Ashley Handley) of Bonnieville, KY; her grandchildren, Travis Baker, Tailyn Baker and Carson Handley; and her sister Dillie Summerfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
