We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024, at the age of 98, Ottis Ray Highbaugh of Bonnieville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Highbaugh and Addie King Highbaugh; his wife Faye Caswell Highbaugh; his children, Michael Highbaugh and Rita Highbaugh; his siblings, George, Clifford Highbaugh and Hartswell Bowen Lynch; and his son-in-law Richard Haslar.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Haslar, Benita Buckles (Terry) of Elizabethtown and Tim Highbaugh of Munfordville; his grandchildren, Sean Young (Vicky) of Bowling Green, Chris Young (Lynn) of Elizabethtown, Kasey Buckles (Matthew Blazejewski) of South Bend, IN, Kelly Fish (David) of Nashville, TN, Thad Highbaugh (Jen) of Lexington and Lindsay Gamble (Collin) of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Zack, Isaac, Logan, Gavan Young, Myla, Luke Blazejewski, Lofton Fish, Elliana, Emery, Aria Highbaugh and Sutton Claire Gamble; his sister Martha "Midget" Blackburn; and his sister-in-law Jane Highbaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bonnieville Baptist Church (164 Memorial Park Ave, Bonnieville, KY 42713).
