He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard S. Dixon and Hazel Lothery Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dixon of Bonnieville, KY; his daughters, Jacqueline Dixon of Bonnieville, KY and Terri Manship of Salem, IN; his grandchildren, Emmanuel Dixon (Kayla), Twila Dixon Ragland, Trent Dixon and Dominic Dixon; and his siblings, Eunice Curle (Billy), Gilbert, Floyd, Monroe, Stevie, Shelby and Phillip. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
