He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Lush; and his grandparents, Chester P. and Ora Meredith. He is survived by: his father Russell Meredith (Cheryl); his wife Cendona Meredith; his children, Brandon Russell Meredith of Cub Run, KY, Sarah Beth Meredith, Jhanye Bionca Coomes and Paul Ray Coomes; his grandchildren, Donavan Russell Meredith, George Dallas-Dean Meredith, River Grace Meredith and Jaxton Ray Coomes; and his siblings, Lacey Meredith (Travis) and Randy Meredith (Michelle).
