She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Rowland and Gertrude Felts Rowland; and her siblings, Doris Hobbs, Edwin Rowland, Cecil Rowland and Eugene Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Wayne Toon; her children, Tammy Handley of Boaz, Karen Hayden (Brian) of Mayfield, Margaret Wilson (Tim) of Carlisle County, Thomas Wayne Toon, Jr. (Tina) of Boaz, Greg Toon of Clinton, Charles Toon (Tonya) of Symsonia and Robert Toon (Stacy) of Hickory, Kentucky; and her brother Charles Rowland of Thomasville, Kentucky. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
