It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Louis Wurth of Boaz, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Edward Wurth and Hilda Mary Neihoff Wurth. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth R. Wurth (Lynn) of Boaz, Tommy Wurth (Margaret) of Boaz, Shirley Kron (Bob) of Louisville, Linda Darnell of Benton, Jimmy Wurth of Boaz and Janice Darnell (Rick) of Boaz; his nieces and nephews, Jason Wurth (Megan), Jennifer Beckham (Sean), Tammie Horbovetz (Adam), Travis Wurth, Kayla Napier (Kent), Bobby Kron (Jenny), Emily Robbins (Daniel), Katie Darnell, Sarah Darnell, Matthew Darnell, Madison Wurth, Eric Darnell (Lori) and Jonathan Darnell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew Beckham, Haden Horbovetz, Alex Horbovetz, Huck Wurth, Jackson Wurth, Lily Napier, Regan Smith, Camryn Gilstrap, Aidan Gilstrap, Ava Soni Kron, Jonah Robbins, Lenna Robbins, Garrett Darnell-Arms, Kayden Darnell and Sadie Darnell.
All services for Mr. Vernon Wurth will be private with inurnment at St. John Catholic Church Cemetery at a later date. We appreciate your help in maintaining state mandated Covid restrictions.
