It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rutherford of Boaz, Kentucky, born in Toone, Tennessee, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Rook and Francis Jines; and her daughter Missy Rednour. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Western and Bingo; her husband Bill Rutherford; her children, Tina Lambert (Phyl) of Symsonia, Lacey Forrester of Boaz, Loretta Stringer (Michael) of Reidland, Mike King (Leslie) of El Dorado, AR and Alan Rutherford of Boaz; her sister Sonja Cates of South Haven, MS; and her grandchildren, JJ Kaufman (Julieanna), Micheal Farmer, April Jestes (Brian), Rusty Rednour, Lakyn Wortham (Austin), Tegan Stringer, Kaitlin Driscoll (Kevin), Michael King, Jr. and Easton Combs. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
