He was predeceased by: his father Melton "Sonny" Reed. He is survived by: his wife Laura Reed; his mother Lena Mae Gifford; his stepdaughter Amanda Adamson; his siblings, Richard Reed, Kim Hobbs and Christina "Buffy" Theobald; and his grandchildren, Skylar Adamson and Amara Adamson.
