He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Lee; and his parents, George Lee and Helen Murphy Lee. He is survived by: his wife Janet Nall Lee; his son Richard "Dickie" Lee (Ellen) of Boaz; his siblings, George Lee, Michael Lee (Altie) of Paducah, Georgia Lee of Calvert City, Louise Ort of Paducah and Frances Sharp of Paducah; and his grandson Noah Thomas Lee.
