She is survived by: her children, Pam Pool (Richard) of Bardwell, KY, Mike Futrell (Trish) of Paducah and Kevin Futrell (Tammy) of Symsonia, KY; her grandchildren, Emma Futrell, Ellie Futrell, Carter Gibson, Karlie Gibson, Cody Tynes, Elijah Vann, Landon McReynolds and Justin Futrell; and her siblings, Lydia Hicks, Theresa Lambright (Kevin), Brenda Jackson (Gary), Dan Day, Jess Day and Nathan Day. She is also survived by one sister-in-law, Faith Day; several nieces and nephews.
