He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggie Duncan and Stanley Duncan; and his grandparents, Grace Duncan, Rubel Duncan, Dulcie Burchard and Russ Burchard.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Duncan; his children, Justin Duncan (Nicole), Kent Tynes (Diane) and Michelle Tynes (Clay Slusmeyer); his grandchildren, Zachary Tynes, Katie Tynes, Tati Tynes, Erin Tynes, Savanah Jackson, Madison Duncan, Seth Duncan and Colby Duncan; his great grandchildren, Ashton Russell, Serra Tynes, Brooklynn Tynes, Jace Tynes, Brayton Tynes and Bryson Tynes; and his siblings, Debbie Duncan (Tom Hickman), Keith Duncan (Susan) and Janice Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
