It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Irene Phillips of Boaz, Kentucky, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fuqua and Minnie May Fuqua (Dunn); her husband Marvin Phillips; her daughter Janice Jolly; and her grandson Marvin Jolly.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hendon (David) of Boaz and Brenda Myrick (Jim) of Joy, KY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; 2 nephews.
