She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Penny Racine Arant of Hardmoney, KY, Joseph Keith Collier (Julie) of Diamond, MO and Jeff Collier of Hardmoney; her sisters, Betty Jean Hobbs of Paducah and Judy Brookshire Mott (Clyde); her grandchildren, James Collier, Dustin Arant, Jon Arant, Blaze M and Tiarra A.; her stepgrandsons, Justin Patterson and John Stephenson; her husband Rudy Lee Collier; her parents, Luther Venters and Thelma Brower Venters Baker; and her siblings, Pat Jones, Jimmy Venters and Terry Baker. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
