He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Purcell and Dorothy Purcell; and his brother Carl Purcell. He is survived by: his wife Fran Purcell (Graham); his daughters, Tammy Guess, Shea Anne Harris (Paul) of Orlando and Regan Newby (Danny) of Symsonia, KY; his brother Roy Purcell of Hardmoney; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Cody, McKayla, Sean, Derek and Taylor. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
