She is survived by: her children, Shannon Rule of Newbern, TN, Steven Rule of Boaz, Eric Brown of Boonville, Matt Rule of Mayfield, Kevin Garland of Benton and Celisa Davenport; and her brother Larry Seay of Graves County. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
