Washington; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Crowe Haley Crowe (Brad Corbett), Patience Kummer (Curt), Ethan Milburn and Dylan Milburn; and his siblings, Chloe Arrow of Jeffersonville, IN., Willis Milburn of Texas and Charlie Milburn of Jeffersonville, IN.. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
