He is survived by: his children, Blane Edward Cook (Darlene) of Lawrenceburg, Rickey Wayne Cook (Sharon Kay) of Louisville and Jerelina Mae "Jerri" Stumph (Carl) of Willisburg; his grandchildren, Carl Bradley Stumph II (Erin), Angelina Mae Claunch (Jimmy), Joshua Wayne Cook and Troy Lee Stumph (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Bradley Stumph, Paxton Wade Stumph, Haylee Mae Stumph, Carl-Lee Ray Stumph and Layna Nicole Stumph.
