He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Chesser and Ivy Lewis Chesser; his siblings, Michael Chesser, Joan Chesser and Patricia "Pat" Hardin; and his grandson Steven Zachary Chesser.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Chesser; and his children, Darris Chesser (Tonya) of Taylorsville, Stevie Chesser of Eminence, Rodney Chesser of Bloomfield, Tiffany Chesser of Bardstown, Nikki Chesser of Taylorsville and Haley Jones (Adam) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
