He was predeceased by: his wife Jewel Stephens; his parents, Curtis Stephens and Eva Stephens; and his sister Betty Sizemore. He is survived by: his son Paul Michael Stephens (Erin); his brother Virgil Stephens; and his grandchildren, Landen, Griffin, Kendall and Briggs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
