Hagerman and Nancy Spalding; her great grandchild Desmond Hoosier; and her grandson-in-law Matt Cockrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Mattingly (John) of Bloomfield and Glenna Hobbs (Roy) of Bardstown; her daughter-in-law Brenda Terrell; and her grandchildren, Terra Reynolds (Tony), Amanda Grace, Darren Mattingly (Kristy), Carly Cockrell, Chad Hobbs, Shawn Hobbs (Casey), Stacie Bell, Tera Watts, Justin Watkins (Bethany) and Jessica Marks (Joe). She is also survived by grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
