She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Proctor of Bloomfield; her children, Jane Proctor of Bedford, KY and Rodney Proctor of Chaplin, KY; and her sister Nina Lou Holt Lee of Bloomfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
