We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2020, at the age of 51, John William Morris IV of Bloomfield, Kentucky, born in Shelbyville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John W. Morris III. He is survived by: his mother Rosie Perkins Morris III of Bloomfield; his daughters, Hallie Morris of Chaplin and Paige Morris of Chaplin; his sister Kristen Nelson (James) of Bardstown; his aunt Lorrie Burba (David) of Upton; and his uncle Kenny Perkins (Joyce) of Mooresville. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
