We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 90, Horace Miller Neal Jr. of Bloomfield, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace M. Neal, and Elizabeth Stevens Neal, Sr.; his wife Zollie Thompson Neal; his son Gary Neal; and his siblings, Humphrey E. "Buck" Neal, Margie Driskell and Aileen McClain.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Jo Neal of Taylorsville and David Neal (Shirley) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
