It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Chowning (Bloomfield, Kentucky), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Snider Chowning and Effie Chowning; her siblings, Charles, Scott, Betsy Gaddie, Millie Hagan, Bill, Pete and Bob Chowning; her nephews, Bobby Chowning and Darrell Hagan; and her niece Carolyn Brown.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Joyce Best, Kathy Tapp, David Gaddie, Betty Chowning, Linda Royalty, Pauline Kincaid, Charlotte Chowning, Barbara Conway, D. L. Chowning, Joe Ann Goode, Peggy Robinson, Jerry Hagan, Pat Disponett, Marty Hagan, Charley Hagan and Mikey Hagan. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and many great-great-nieces and nephews.
