He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Collins and Frances Collins; and his brother Bobby Lynn Collins. He is survived by: his wife Becky Collins; his children, Scarlett Collins of Bloomfield, Autumn Collins of Bloomfield, John Lee Collins of Bloomfield and Becca Collins of Bloomfield; and his siblings, Teddy Collins of Bardstown and Gerry Roby (Joe) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces.
