He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Elizabeth Frances Butler Watkins; and his siblings, Vicki Butler and Leonard Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Chilton Watkins of Bloomfield; his stepson Blake Leonard White (Heather) of Finchville; and his siblings, Valencia Butler Walker of Bardstown, Michael Lynn Butler of Bardstown and Davis Raye Harrison of Bloomfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
