He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Samuel and Lula Frances West Allen; and his daughter Robin Horn. He is survived by: his daughters, LaDonna Reardon (Harold Sparrow) of Bloomfield and Pam Safi (John) of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Linda Lawson (Carlos) of Shelbyville, Fred Allen (Betsy) of Shelbyville and Roy M. Allen of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
