He was predeceased by: his half-sister Sherry Picklesimer-Kane; and his grandparents, Virgil, Edna Selvage, Wayne and Ruby Fetherolf.
He is survived by: his parents, David Wayne and Brenda Kaye Fetherolf (Selvage) of Lawrenceburg, KY.; his son David Nathaniel Earl Fetherolf of Louisville; his stepdaughters, Brianna Burkhead of Bloomfield and MacKencie Burkhead of Lawrenceburg; his sister Kimberly Smith (Gary) of Lawrenceburg; and his nephews, Trevor (Colton Smith) and James (Sue Burkhead).
