She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Hardin and Sarah Alice Hardin; her children, Mary Alice Berry and Garland Berry; and her siblings, Catherine Hardin and James Hardin.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lee Berry (Melissa) of Taylorsville and Nikki Lutz of Bloomfield; and her siblings, Mary Frances Hardin of Bardstown, Dorothy Mae Hardin of Bardstown and Kenneth Hardin of Bardstown. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
