She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hagan and Helen "Teenie" Waldridge Hagan; her husband Gerald Newton "Jerry" Stevens; her children, Donald Matthew Stevens and Debra "Muff" Jones; and her siblings, Alice Long, Deborah Kay Hagan, Ernest C. "Rusty" "Bud" Hagan, Bobby Hagan and William Joseph "Bill" Hagan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Gail Keaton of Bloomfield and Patsy Simpson (Jim) of Bloomfield; and her sisters, Dolly Parks (Bobby) of Bloomfield and Janet Burgin of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
