He is survived by: his wife Wanda Chowning of Bloomfield; his children, Gina Wilcoxson (Brian) of Morning View, Snider Chowning (Holly) of Richmond and Billy Bob Chowning (Adrian) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Destiny, Claire, Ethan, Seth, Kiera and Oakleigh; and his siblings, Joyce Best of Shelbyville, Betty Chowning of Louisville, Charlotte Chowning of Waddy, D. L, Joe Ann Goode of Bloomfield and Peggy Robinson of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
