She is survived by: her fiancé Michael Logan Clem; her children, Emma Jordan Clem and Michael Logan Clem Jr.; her parents, Bonnie Lewis and Bryan Lewis; her siblings, Darby Lewis and Bradley Wayne Lewis; her aunts, Barbra Hensley and Lisa Mosley; and also Teresa Hickey.
