He was predeceased by: his father Garfield Belcher; his wife Lucy Ann Belcher; his son Donny Belcher; and his siblings, Dave Belcher, Vernon Belcher, John Henry Belcher, Hazel Brock, Lavone Akers and Marcelle Elliot.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Belcher (Lori), Randy Belcher (Michelle), Anthony Belcher (Brenda) and Stella Ashley (Brian); and his brother Virgil Belcher. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
