She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Woodburn and Helen Woodburn; her husband Gary Creech; her stepdaughters, Stephanie Kilburn Turner of Kentucky and Melody Creech of Kentucky; her brother James Woodburn of Florida; and her nephew Eric Woodburn of Florida.
She is survived by: her son Hunter Hinkle (Laura) of Texas; her sister Wendy Woodburn of Kentucky; her sister-in-law Kathy Woodburn of Florida; her nephew Clayton Woodburn of Florida; her stepchildren, Kristy Crider of Kentucky, Gary Creech II (Angela) of Kentucky and Angie Asher of Kentucky; her granddaughter Shelby Hinkle of Texas; and her stepgrandchild Haley Moore of Kentucky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
