He is survived by: his wife Karen Napier; his children, Denna Turner (Charles) and Anthony Burkhart (Jessica); his grandchildren, Chrissy Adams (Terry), Ethan Napier, Travis Burkhart, Bailey Turner, Brooklyn Burkhart and Jerimiah Burkhart; his great grandchildren, Wesley Adams, Alexis Adams, Levi Patterson, Noah Patterson, Jaxxon Adams and Payton Adams; his siblings, Ken Napier (Kathy), Clark Napier (Denise), Glenda Young (Robert), Vickie Hacker (Jeff), Carol Collett (Dean) and Dorothy Trosper (James); and also Pam Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and many friends.
