It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Burkhart (Bledsoe, Kentucky), who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Burkhart and Georgia Taylor Burkhart; and her daughter Dina Marie Burkhart. She is survived by: her children, Glenna Napier (Jerry), Gloria Dixon (Charles), Gary Burkhart (Alma) and David Burkhart; her grandchild Sixteen; and her brother Garrett Burkhart Jr. (Shirley). She is also survived by Sixteen Great Grandchildren, One Great-Great Grandchild.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and only 50% of our capacity is allowed.
