He was predeceased by: his parents, Lige Fultz and Nancy Tolliver Fultz; and his siblings, Clarence Edward, Warren Ernest, Johnnie James Fultz, Dorothy Fultz, Una Lee Fultz, Norma Mae Lay, Barbara Jean Baxley, Jewel Fultz of Maryland, Mary Agnus Fultz and Marjorie Helton.
He is survived by: his niece Cathy Griffey; his nephew Doug Turner; and his grandchildren, Dakota Turner, Dalan Turner, Dalton Johnson and Keith Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
