He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tolliver and Sudie Tolliver of Bledsoe, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Euna Tolliver of Bledsoe; his son Robert Tolliver (Yvette) of Gray, KY; and his grandchildren, Russ Tolliver of Lexington, KY and Chainey Tolliver of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Delno also requested that in lieu of flowers that donations are to be made to First Tee of Pine Mountain, 114 Highway 190, Pineville, KY 40977.
