She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardill Caldwell and Mary Napier Caldwell; her husband James Creech; and her siblings, Matt of Edd, J. B., Ray Caldwell, Mossie Andrew and Doshia Caldwell.
She is survived by: her children, James Tracy Creech (Lisa) and Kathy Ward (Lloyd); her foster daughter Annette Welch; and her sister-in-law Marie Caldwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and only 60% of our capacity is allowed.
