He is survived by: his children, Sherry Ballew (Wesley) of Bono, AR, Linda Napier (Doug) of Bledsoe, KY, Tim Turner of Partridge, KY and Douglas Turner (Taunya) of Nicholasville, KY; his grandchildren, Jacob Napier, Ashley Ballew, Amy Ballew McDaniel, Aaron Ballew, Ashton Sullivan, Kayla Perkins, Andrew Turner, Ethan Turner and Micah Turner; his great grandchildren, Hunter Napier, Mason McDaniel, Taylynn Napier, Ella McDaniel, Tanner Perkins, Lakelynn Napier and Casen Perkins; and his siblings, Clayton Turner (Jean) of Dayton, OH, Lonnie Turner (Fran) of Zambia, Africa and Audrey Bargo of Harlan.
