He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Howard and Hettie Saylor Howard; his sisters, Mary North and Ella Howard; his niece Angelia North; and his brother-in-law Taylor North.
He is survived by: his brother Ralph Howard, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Darlene Tolliver, Charles North, Tonya Muzyk and Michael Howard. He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews and friends.
